Milk jug or creamer is a small vessel used to store milk while making tea. Milk jugs are small in size and are carried along with other service pieces of a tea set on a tea tray. Milk jugs may be made of earthenware, stoneware, porcelain, ceramic or pottery. The design of the milk jug, usually, complements the overall pattern of the tea set. White porcelain milk jugs with blue paintings or dark colored inlay work are the most preferred ones.
